Delivery policy
We can post to most countries in the world.
When you place an order with us, we shall arrange shipment
by mail or parcel post, whichever is more appropriate.
Delivery costs are dependent on the method selected and
are weight based.
Allow three weeks from the placing of your order to the despatch of your purchases.
Returns policy
Your may return most items sold by GGF within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund. We will also repay the
return shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error, or if the goods received are defective, damaged
or incorrect.
We cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items not in their original condition.
Cancellation policy
Your offer to reserve a place on a course or seminar,
and our acceptance implies a contract under which you
accept the obligation to pay the specified fees in
full prior to the commencement date. Refunds will only
be made in the case of serious illness by yourself,
spouse or domestic partner, dependent or close relative,
or where the course or seminar has to be cancelled
due to circumstances beyond the control of the GGF.
Payment
Payment must be in pounds sterling.
